These burrs do the job however at this price do not expect the same quality and material that you get from a real tool supplier. I have a solid carbide cylinder burr from a tooling supplier which is slightly smaller however it weighs 30% more than the same piece from this set. This set is advertised as carbide however it might be just the end or a coating. These pieces are definitely not solid carbide. The finish is also much coarser than a proper tool however they get the job done. I've used them to clean up an imported exhaust manifold which is cast iron and they worked ok but my gut tells me they won't last long. They're good enough for occasional use.

When I got this item I didn't know how well it was going to work, when I used it I was so surprised how well it worked! Great item, great price, will recommend for sure!

used mines for porting aluminum motor head ,worked really great and still like new , also used on steal a little and they seem to hold well

Easy to install, fit on my C.T. tool. I know it's not the $ 300 kit we can have, but for the price i'm very comfortable with this, It work well for me, For the durability.. I will see.
