I have a ton of half circle windows in my home. This one over the dining table made it impossible to sit in the living room or at the table certain times of the day due to the sun shining directly in. As you can see it fits the window perfect but has some fabric imperfections that are clearly visible. It definitely does darken the room which wasn’t really the vibe I was going for. I wouldn’t like it if it didn’t fit perfectly inside the frame. It wouldn’t be something I would want to trim and place in a smaller window. It will prevent the sun from blinding my visitors and would work great to darken a bedroom if the window dimensions were exact to the product

The backside is silver, I thought it was white or something less obvious. I might turn it around and put the black side facing out so it does not look so off. The material is thin but not fragile. I do wish the Velcro was not already stuck the shade, especially since it is not directly in the middle. This makes it more difficult to install, they should have included a strip or something to make it easier to install. With the way it is you have to very precise.

For windows in sleeping bedrooms that require you to cover the shades from all the light that seeps in at night, this is an excellent addition to such rooms. Here are some factors to consider.Pros:- This can accommodate any semi-circle smaller than the size, but not anything larger. I measured my window arch and it was able to fit such a shape and size.- The fabric used was pretty thick and dark. All it is a half round piece of plastic.- To ensure that no light seeps through, there are some accessories that can ensure that the cracks are well covered.Cons:- At the moment, I cannot think of any, but if any arise, I'll be sure to update this review.Overall, I do recommend this set of blackout shades in a semicircle shape.
