Happy with the look and heat provided. However, the ignitor only worked for the first three uses and after that I've had to use a lighter to ignite the burner.I don't recommend buying the cover since it will cause the unit to blow over in the wind and cause damage to the heater.

The patio heater was fun to assemble, and arrived in good shape. I was able to start it every time I tried, though some times I had to hold down the pilot light for longer than 45 seconds until the spark from the igniter caught the gas. It looks how I expected, and provides enough heat to make a 7C day feel comfortable when you are next to it. After this summer, I will decide if I should have gone with a sitting level heater, as that is my main focus when outside on the deck. I liked the price when I bought it, it was $10 cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe's versions.

Well, I went to use this for the third time a year later and it is not working. Not sure what the problem is but the gas does not seem to come through. I am very disappointed in the product and since I use it rarely it is well past warranty. I would suggest paying more money for a more reliable product. Now I know I disregard 1-star review myself a lot but please be aware.

This heater was fairly easy to put together. It is nice to look at and doesn't look cheap as many do. We used it at our camp this weekend and it warmed the screen room which is about 20× 8 feet (not even on the highest temperature). 2 families who were with us now want to order them.

This is a pretty good patio heater for the price you pay.Pros - fits a regular propane tank, has wheels for mobility, adjustable table top, aluminum finish so it won't rustCons - color is a lighter shade of brown than what it shows in the picture, trouble lighting it for the first time (there's a tiny view hole to check the pilot light on), cheap white cover that comes with it only covers the head of where the heater is and not the whole thing. I would recommend getting an actual weather-proof patio heater cover that covers the entire thing from top to bottom which would be an additional purchase

Took a while to get pilot to work but then it was fine. Assembly was fine. The round tray will not stay higher so has to rest on propane cover which isn't that bad but would be nice if it were higher. You need sand in the bottom so be ready for that. (I used gravel.) It say the powder coat finish doesn't like moisture or humidity so it says to wax it. I did but don't think that's necessary.

I was concerned that this would be very cheap quality, but am pleasantly surprised. Looks good, parts are sturdy and it puts out a little more heat than I even expected. Very easy to assemble, good instructions, all parts present and solid construction including where parts join.. all I needed was a Philips screwdriver. Very satisfied.It's now 4 weeks later and I am even more totally satisfied with this heater... it puts out great heat, and I love the tray.. it turns out that is a very handy feature when trying to snuggle up close to it on a cold night with a few hors d'oeuvres and drinks!

I received two boxes, so I thought it came in two parts. When we opened the first box we realized it was a complete unit. I double checked that I had ordered just one, I had. Then I checked to be sure I was charged for just one, I had. We assembled the heater but the top was a bit crocked. The holes were not in perfect alignment, so we took the top from the second box and it fit perfectly. I returned the unused heater, with the crocked alignment. Once the heater was up and going we found it to be a very good unit. We live in Wisconsin and the fall can get chilly, but with the heater on we were able to enjoy many extra times on the deck. We are now planning to have our Thanksgiving dinner on the deck, with the heater, so our daughter and son-in-law can enjoy dinner with us. No being inside during this pandemic, but we can be together outside.

Wasn’t too hard to put together and really pumps out heat. It’s huge and ugly, but all these patio heaters are.
