I had a problem where an AC compressor electric fan shorted backward through the ECM. Determining the cause of this was a real challenge but this case had everything required to isolate the problem and bypass the ECM. Everything as far as electrical research is in the case, especially when dealing with the sensitive 5V CAN bus. If you know your electrical and frequently need to do research and testing before loading the parts cannon, this is a good choice. It will save you money in the long run.

I primarily needed this to troubleshoot the problem with the air conditioner on one of our vehicles (Chevy notorious for having AC issues). And was able to properly diagnose the problem using the kit, based on some helpful suggestions I came across in a forum for our make and model. But obviously this kit is worth its weight in gold as far as being able to check many other problems on all of the vehicles on our land. Plus it's in a nice little carrying case that stows away in your vehicle without eating up much space. And it's pretty durable, as well, so I don't have to worry about it getting tossed around or anything heavy getting set on it by accident. Seemed mildly pricey to me at first, but I can see how it's worth the investment to someone. Get one of these, and you're set for any of your vehicles for years.

This has all the test leads you need to test just about anything. All the leads are of good quality and make good connections with the meter and each other. The leads are flexible but sturdy. All the electrical connectors go together solidly, without being to hard to assemble. Comes with a card explaining what all the pieces are. How to use them, is up to you.Only bad about this, one of the LEDs in the kit I got did not work. Otherwise, everything is great.

This kit has a lot of different choices and connectors. Many different test leads to choose from. They are all well made and so far what I have used works. The case is very nice, well made and makes it easy to keep everything clean and organized. I recommend this for anyone who does a lot of electrical testing. Decent value for price.

This is nice set of test leads. My garage is about to be finished and my husband and I are going to be working on cars. We have a few old ones with air issues and wire issues. I will update if any problems, once I use this, but I'm very happy with this large variety. And a nice case to keep organized.
