I use it to keep some 3D printing filament nice and dry. Quiet and effective. It sits in a 40%RH environment and is able to keep the inside between 15-17%RH. I am very satisfied

After a period of usage, I feel that the room of this item is too narrow , especially when you purchase more lens, The sustainability is weak. Other phases are ok to use.

The first unit complete wreck, Amazon delivery cannot make damages of this scale, so it is already a demolished unit that was sent to us.The second unit is not much better, the door cannot be closed, mounted at large angle; the door handle is mounted inside! Many damages on the surface. What a joke to keep sending product like this.

It took me 1 week to wait for it to be stable. I set the RH to 45 but still it’s shows 19. And also, got the item and with dent at the back, see photos, I can use this with small defects but the calibration is not working. So I want to return it and possible to get a replacement or a refund.

The 50L is bigger than I expected but seem good I can put many others equipment . The adaptor stop working not event complete 1 week used, however the customer service handle their job so well and I got the replacement in 3 days. One thing I don’t like when the light is on the glass door look very fogy and dirty at the beginning I was thinking its fogging but it just stick there. However when the light off it just fine and look luxury with camera inside as display at the same time.

Quality is amazing and does the job of protecting my assets. I have a film camera collection and all my most expensive cameras and lenses fit as well as my Canon R5 and lenses. It's a lot more spacious than you think just looking at the pictures and dimensions. My store room is 90%+ humidity most of the year (Byron Bay) and this keeps all my gear in a humidity controlled environment and does not noticeably increase electricity consumption. Uses vastly less electricity than running my dehumidifier 24/7. Highly recommend to my photography peers..

The dehumidifier arrived, boxed well. I powered it up to ensure it was working well. It seemed fine, however, to be sure, I placed a portable hydrometer in it. Happily, after half an hour the respective hydrometers corresponded. All good!After putting my camera lenses in, I attempted to pull the (ugly) decal from the glass. It was stuck on as if with superglue! Once I had started to remove it, I could not go back. For some time, I used fingernails, but it was near impossible to budge the glue. In frustration, I got sharp scraping tool from my workshop. The inevitable slip, caused me to scratch the glass, which has significantly dented the excitement of setting up my lenses.It was my fault that I scratched the glass. It was the manufacturer’s fault that it didn’t have the foresight to order the appropriate glue for its decals. I trade with China - it’s a very easy to specification to order.Disappointed, but as long as the unit operates correctly, which it appears to do, I’ll get over it quickly.

Worked well for 1 year, then just died. Contacted seller who troubleshot with me and replaced the power cord. It’s working fine again. Hard to find good customer service these days, so would definitely recommend. Thank you
