I haven't tried the bluetooth function, but the phones work well otherwise. The only problem I have with them is that when a call rings in on the second line while the first line is in use, the sound quality on the first line immediately becomes tinny and hollow and has that awful echo that makes a conversation almost impossible because it's so distracting hearing yourself talking back to you. This happens even if the second line is ignored, silenced, or disconnected, and the quality of the entire call is terrible.
