I prefer this AT&T phone over all other brands because it has been, by far, the most durable over time. My first one, which is the same model as this, lasted over a decade.It’s discouraging to discard a phone just because the numbers have worn off the keys, whereas this phone has large and fully encased numbers in a backlit key pad and they never wear off.This is an easy and user-friendly phone to set up, program, add your own personal directory, retrieve messages and use the myriad of features it offers.It’s also attractive, compliments any decor, has a small footprint and an option to be wall-mounted.What I dislike the most, which is inherent in almost all digital devices today, are the ever-increasing complexities presumptuously built into them, and subsequent anomalies, and their built-in obsolescence.I really appreciate this phone, and it was offered at an exceptional price on a Prime Day, too!

Good size, big keys light up bright when pressed, good display, speaker is clear, loud and works good. Wish it came with 4 or 5 phones. Good value and came quickly..

I'm disappointed with the quality of the microphone -- the volume is too low and sounds tinny. If I call someone who's hearing isn't great, I have to shout into the phone.The display may be hard to read for those with poor eyesight: it would be better if it lit up when a call is received without having to take the phone off the cradle.Other than that, the phone works well: easy to setup, easy to use, no problems with the connection quality. Aside from the microphone, the speakerphone feature works well.

Works great! Battery last all day when not on charger. Answer machine works great. To me it works and sounds fine but when someone calls me, they say it sounds like an eco and when I switch to another phone, it's normal then for them.
