I bought 2, one left rear, one right rear, from 2 different sellers on another popular site that also does auctions. Starts with e, ends with Bay. Neither unit fit my car. I believe that they were actually for the short wheel base and not for the XLT, even though it was listed to fit.The doors are slightly differentThis unit is a direct replacement.Hint, if you're replacing your first one, go ahead and get some silicone window lube. Remove all of your door panels and spray the lube on the back of the track where the parts slide. You may save yourself some trouble.
