My front passenger window’s regulator went out, leaving my window fallen inside my door. This product was easy and straightforward to install and quickly fixed the issue. I’ve noticed small quirks that are different from my original regulators. When I use my auto-down it now goes all but maybe a 1/4-1/2 inch all the way down, but it’s nothing a quick additional press of manual down won’t fix. It also goes up and down faster than the rest of them, but definitely not something that changes the usability of my window. Will get this product again if another one of my regulators goes out.

Exact fit for the 2012 Srx. did not look as well built as the original but it installed and works just fine.

Very simple install and price doesn’t break the bank. Replacement process involved removing clipped-in window control via a plastic trim tool and 2 Phillips head screws to remove door panel. Then 7 10mm bolts for the motor and regulator (loosen 2 that support the window and 5 to remove motor & regulator). Reverse the process to install. This is a two-person job if you don’t have a suction handle to manipulate the window/glass. All said, it took 30 minutes to complete and it works great.
