I ordered this because cheese triers are so ridiculously expensive. $90+ to poke a hole in cheese. I had to find another option.I will have to modify the tip a little to mimic that of a real cheese trier, but I suspect this will allow me to check the aging and maturation of my cheeses to have the best chance at pulling them at the right time.On initial inspection the build is good and 100% recommended for the suggested use. I do not have a ripe cheese available at the moment and I will have to make a minor adjustment for my intended use. Once I do I can update for mo overall impressions of this sampler. At this point I would say the value is there and this is a solid choice without any actual hands on testing. Updates to come!
