Product: Not much to say really but from a contractor perspective, this is a UL listed and better version of the original which had a 1 in 4 failure rate. Responsible for a one-time 1,500 house fires a year average, the originals are not worth chancing reuse. These newer improved replacements make adding a circuit safe and less expensive than changing a panel.With the aversions to federal pacific panels, it is not clear to the general public what to look for in a new or replacement breaker. What you want is UL listed and new. As long as you get UL listed and new, you are 100 times safe than refurbished. This product is precisely both and did the trick nicely.Service: Breaker arrive missing the screw. That hurt a little. Care should be given to make sure a usable product makes it to a paying customer.4 stars assuming it was an accident.
