I used to pay each year so much money for companies to come clean out our 2nd floor windows and using this I did an even better job than professional companies. Very happy with my purchase.

I live in a condo though this is a good product to use so I gave it a try, The cleaning pad works well but when trying with squeegee it skips when the extent is too long, Thanks.

Extremely difficult to use. Does not clean well at all and it leaves streaks. Some what difficult to assemble and is not sturdy flimsy. I had to return it.

The window we wanted to clean open from the bottom and opens outward not allowing the telescopic item to get to it from top or side. No directions cam e with it to assemble. Still unable to clean the window.

The way the wiper and squeegee are angled makes it impossible to clean the windows at the sides and corners. It is difficult to move to get the wiper to stay in contact with the window. It is very frustrating to use. No instructions are provided, so there may be a special way to hold and move the arms to make this thing work, but why should it be so complicated? It does not come with a safety to prevent you from dropping the device on pedestrians. The magnetic window wiper is the way to go. Do not waste your money on this product unless you are a contortionist.
