The cooler measures 12 inches l x 5 inches h , has a 10,000 gvw racing and comes with 3/8 inches barbed fittings. The universal coolers reduce the operating temperature of the fluid, extend life of the transmission and provides a better performance. It can be used as a stand alone cooler or as an auxiliary unit to increase the cooling capacity of a stock system. The increased cooling is recommended when using a high stall converter, or if the vehicle is used for towing. The rubber hose, clamps and mounting kit is included. It is backed by a 90-day limited factory warranty and is sold individually.

Cheaper and faster than removing A/C rad to repair leak.. just bypassed it for now since it is winter.. will be extra cooling for towing once I replace oem cooler

Installed this 15"x5" transmission cooler and it only brought down the temperature down by 3*C while towing.I installed it in front of the radiator where it had a direct and clear path for air flow.It did not drop the trans oil temp by any significant amount and it created another problem by blocking airflow to the radiator which caused an increase of engine coolant operating temperature.Clearly this cooler lives up to the 'Made in China' standards.

Packaged well and easy to install. Not enough hose for a complete job so will need to buy your own 3/8" oil hose. Worked well after installed.

I installed this on my 04 Ram to help cool the transmission down when towing a camper. I had to go to the auto parts store and buy more hose and the connectors to splice it in. Other then that it's swell 👍🏼
