Just received this rifle case ahead of schedule. Very good quality all the way round. What surprised me though, is that for an Allen case, the mesurement of 48'' was taken from the exterior, outside to outside. Usually Allen rifle cases are mesured from inside to inside. Another thing, if you have a conventional gun stock w/scope, no problem. But if you have a scoped rifle w/pistol grip, your rifle will not fit height wise. I have made these comparisons with another good quality Allen rifle case I have. I was lucky that my rifle fit. Pockets and dual main zippers are the usual great Allen quality. The material it is made of is very tough and the padding adequate. It is not fancy or flashy but it should do the job for life, if care is taken. And care is always taken with my rifles! Nice design is a bonus. Cheers!

This case fit my shotgun perfectly. The pockets are awesome for storing all the little things you need when you're going hunting: duck/goose calls, lanyard, maps, choke tubes, knife, compass etc. Saves you from lugging around an extra day pack if you're not going too far into the bush, which is great when you've already got to carry decoys and any waterfowl you get that day.

I wanted a case for my shotgun that was both attractive and practical. This one definitely fits the bill with its Realtree camo graphics and embroidered duck head, offset with the earth tone background. It also gives you the option of using either the carry handle or shoulder strap. As well, it also has significant storage with its quality zippered pockets and velcro flaps. However, the center pockets are attached to a flap that covers both sides. It is securely stitched to the bottom of the case, but the sides are only secured by adjustable straps/clasps. I do not see the purpose of this system. When carrying anything of significant weight in the pockets (shells, etc) the straps do not properly secure the flap. It easily falls loose and hangs out of place. I don't get it?? It should have been stitched to the side of the case...which I may do myself, or perhaps put a couple dabs of epoxy or super glue on each corner to secure it. Nice case, but the loose fitting flap doesn't seem to serve any useful purpose.

Man I LOVE this case (Allen Gear Bruiser Rifle Case , Mossy Oak Break-Up Country, 44")! The padding is great, pockets galore so plenty of room to store stuff, the mix of camo/solid color/orange embroidery is an awesome choice and looks really good. It is very well made, which I knew it would be because it what you expect from Allen! Zippers are HUGE, smooth as glass, and will probably outlast the case. Just as you expect with any Allen product it'll probably last forever. This one came packaged in a long box so it was full length in the box with no folding. This is, in my opinion, the BEST rifle case on the market. I recommend it to all my friends!MY ORIGINAL REVIEW FOR THIS CASE WAS ONLY 3 STAR BECAUSE OF THE WAY THE CASE WAS PACKED. IT WAS LITERALLY FOLDED IN HALF IN A SHORT BOX AND THIS HAD CREASED THE FOAM PADDING AND LOOKED HORRIBLE AND, EVEN WORSE, DAMAGED THE FOAM PADDING. TO THEIR CREDIT AMAZON/ALLEN CREDITED MY PURCHASE AND ALLOWED ME TO KEEP THE CASE.

Este case es de muy buena calidad en todos sus componentes. Si bien esta pensado en la caza de Guajolote sus prestaciones van mas allá de solo caza de guajolote.Trae muchos compartimientos, los materiales y acabados son de primera.Tiene 2 argollas para que le puedas colocar una correa de hombro (no incluida) o colgarlo en algun lado.El acolchado interno es bueno y siento que proteje bien el arma siempre y cuando no la dejes caer.El envio fue algo tardado (lo pedi un jueves por la mañana y me llego 10 dias despues). No se si por el tamaño del producto ya que lo mandaron tal cual en una bolsa transparente y ya. de hecho solo pegan la etiqueta sobre la bolsa supongo que por su tamaño no tienen empaques de esas dimensiones.Muy recomendable.

I purchased this case for my Mossberg 835 Ulti-Mag Tactical Turkey. The case would be unnecessarily long if I were only using it for the 20" barrel I use for my turkey setup, but one of the things I really like about it is the case is long enough to fit the gun when I swap out with my 28" barrel that I use for waterfowl. Having spots for chokes, calls, etc. is very handy and keeps my gear organized. Lastly (and definitely least importantly), I appreciate the fact that its the same Mossy Oak Obsession as my Mossberg and that the brand is Allen which happens to by my family name. I look forward to using this case for hauling my boomstick to clobber gobblers for many seasons to come. Happy hunting!
