I have replaced many of these over the years and this one works perfect just like the rest. I like the fact that it comes with a fan blades. It is Especially nice not to have to mess with that part. It is a good buy, And I would purchase it again.

Purchased this to replace mine that had the older rectangular plug as is pictured on this one. As others have commented and I didn’t read until after the fact, this comes with the identical plug as all the newer ones on Amazon. Fortunately I had not taken the trash out, was able to retrieve my old fan from the garbage and cut the connector off, cut it off this one and attach them together so I could plug the new one in. Also - the width on this is wider than they claim, easy enough to just bend it in closer to line up with the holes. It worked, but is super cheap. Sometimes it just hums and you take your finger and just touch the plastic blade and it will go. I definitely don’t expect it to last. Mine was disconnected (one with the plug like they have pictured ) so myself and everyone else are buying this thinking it’s the one we couldn’t find anywhere else, only to learn it’s identical to what everyone else is selling only cheaply made and pictures are not accurate. Make you think it’s something it’s not. Live and learn and from now on I won’t rely on sellers pictures and descriptions, I will read comments first from other buyers - would have saved me a lot of grief.

I was worried it wasn’t going to fit and be the wrong connect. Thankfully it was and it worked instantly when I turned it on.

Bought this 4 replacement fan...Sure is super noisy compared to original that u couldnt hear running..was a perfect fit thou
