These arrived well packaged to prevent scratching or anything, which was nice. The anchors themselves are very well made/manufactured with all surfaces very smooth and well powder coated without any burrs or sharp edges or anything, like you often find with more cheaply made products of this nature. Even the insides of the post holders are perfectly smooth and well finished.They fit 4 x 4 posts (which are 3.5 x 3.5 in actual measurement) perfectly and they are good and strong to hold the posts straight and true once the stakes are in the ground (and preferably with some concrete around the spike and through the hole that is there for that purpose.)I am very pleased with these. I have a new fence going in on the last side of the back yard that doesn't have a wooden fence yet and I got these for the area at the top of the driveway where there is a new double gate area to tie into the new fence that is being installed next week. These are perfect for this job because of the nature of the landscape there -- there is asphalt and concrete and such in this area so I didn't want to have to dig down four feet to sink posts, and this is a great way to work around that.

Brand new, arrived in a sealed box.Come with instructions and a bag of screws.Easy to use and works well for 3.5” by 3.5” wooden posts.But I find it expensive @65.00 (no discount, 2025-04-20) for 2 anchors.

These anchors are excellent. Very well made.They are thick and strong.Does fit a 4X4 perfect.Paint is also great (for those who care about it).Excellent buy.
