The saw is small cheap build. But wow very good overall. I trimmed over a cord of limbs. I was told would cost me $3000 . I had to stop to charge battery. But then wild and reset chain. Keeps very sharp chain.

I ordered this to use when trimming limbs on some of my trees. The branches I needed to trim were sizeable, and being up on a ladder is not my best position, so a tool that would take the load of the work off of my shoulders is a positive. I've also tried a smaller version of a similar tool some time ago, and it worked for a while. While it worked, it worked well.This newer 6-inch version is much easier to work with, is more powerful and is capable of cutting larger branches. We even used it to cut down some shrubs. The saw is powerful enough and the extra battery is almost a must as it gives you a backup option if the battery runs down while you're still working. The older unit I used had issues with the chain "derailing," but I've not experienced that with this product.All of my experiences thus far have been positive. I would order this again and I have no reservations in recommending it to others.

I used to have fixed speed for my chainsaws, you know, it was inconvenient to cut different sizes of branches with the same speed. This chainsaw completely captured my heart! I can control the speed of the chain with the strength of my fingers, making yard work extremely convenient now. And I think this variable speed feature is very power-saving, as it only requires low speed for cutting small branches, which are immediately cut without the need to run the chainsaw at high speed like before. I love the design of this chainsaw as I can choose any speed I want.

This is small and light. Comes in a very nice case and will be fine for light use. You do need to remember to manually oil the chain as there is no automatic chain oiler. It cuts slowly but is fine for the small stuff.

This mini chainsaw is perfect for cutting medium & small branches. I love that it's cordless & so much easier than getting an extension cord long enough & then trying to manage a power cord while on a ladder. It comes with two batteries & a charger that can charge both batteries at the same time. Each battery has a light up indicator so you know how much juice is left & each battery lasts a long time. The chainsaw itself it has lots of power & I can carry it with one hand while I climb a ladder. If the branch is small, I can cut the branch just using one hand on the chainsaw. The safety switch is easy to push to be able to push the power button. There's a plastic sheath to protect the blade & yourself. There's so many accessories that come with it to be able to use it safely. There's cloth gloves & safety glasses. It comes with a bottle to add chainsaw grease. It also comes with an extra replacement chain & the tools you need to change it. It's not quiet, but definitely not as loud as a full size gas chainsaw. If you're not cutting very large branches/trees, this is hands down a lighter more convenient alternative.
