Our long-lasting OCM Brand Power-Flex cut-off wheels use aluminum oxide resinoid-bonded grains to deliver a fast and consistent cut through pipes, tubes or flat sheets of stainless steel, mild steel and alloys. The aluminum oxide grain lasts exceptionally long, continuously sharpening itself into sharper edges that slice cleanly through metal as it wears down. Our wheels maintain a high cut-rate through the life of the wheel. Depending on the size, our metal cut-off wheels can be used with either pneumatic or electric tools and feature a flat, TYPE 1 surface profile (Expect Grinding Wheels). Safety First

  • Always wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE). Required PPE is safety glasses along with goggles or a face shield. Wear other PPE as needed, such as gloves, dust mask, apron, etc.
  • Store in a dry, climate-controlled environment
  • Do not over-tighten, bend, or apply any side-load to the wheel
  • Never use cutting wheels for grinding or deburring
  • Check machine speed against the maximum operating speed marked on the wheel.
  • Run the wheel in a protected area (such as under a bench) for one minute before cutting.
  • Cut only materials designed for the cut-off wheel (e.g. metal, masonry, etc.)
  • Always use the proper size and thickness of Cut Off Wheel for the material being cut

I have not used these yet.. They were affordable at about $31. If they are junk, I will update this review.

Great for cutting, I’ve used them before, great price, but bad shipping, they were just zip tied in a shipping bag and when I received them a few were broken and damaged, Still great for the price tho.

Is a lot thicker than the 1/32” (0.03125“) the ad claims to be. It actually measures at 0.0525”, which does not work out to a common size, but would be close to 1.675/32”. Significantly thicker. Poor quality, misleading ad and product.

Estos discos se gastan muy rápido en comparación al disco original ryobi que dura aproximadamente 3 discos de estos o más y hacen mas polvo que otros. Tardas mas tiempo cambiando los discos que lo que duran 😂.

Excellent cutting wheel they last a long time. Cut thru copper like butter also on automotive type of work or DIY it cuts bolts and nuts like paper. I’m pretty impressed with these cutting wheel and one package would go a long way cause the wheel doesn’t diminish like other box stores cutting wheels !
