This fit our jd160 with a 48" deck. So far the belt is holding up and we haven't had any issues with it. Way better price than the JD one too.

This is an early review as I’ve only cut the grass with it twice so far. My last deck belt didn’t even last the summer, so I wanted something with some more reinforcement. So far all I can say is that it fit well, was enough to install, and works so far. I’m happy enough with it, it’s not the most exciting thing to review.Edit: originally gave it five stars. I bought it in September/October and it broke in April. I didn’t use the mower over the winter and stored it in the garage, so it didn’t get much use and the animals didn’t get at it.

I have purchased this belt 3 times. The first time the belt lasted an entire year. This season I've burnt through two. First time it blew was in tall grass the next time it was during a quick run over a precut lawn where I was trying to push the mulch together. This has not happened before and having the original John Deer belt stay on for nearly 4 years it seems that this belt is poorly made. You get what you pay for!

The belt fit just like the original, I haven't used it enough to see how well it will do so can't help there.I had to replace an idler pulley (and the next day a blade tower} and decided to get a new belt while I was at it. I decided to use the new one now as the reviews on most of the after market belts are hit and miss so I thought I would use it now and see how it went. The first belt was mostly fine but decided to keep it as a replacement.

Mt husband has a John Deere lawn tractor and the belt broke while mowing our field. After pricing the belt from the big box stores this price was more our fit. He said that it was easy to install. Great quality and thickness. It fit perfectly.

Very poor quality/design. Belt length and width are accurate, however, belt depth/thickness is way off! Sinks so deep into the V style pully that belt ends up being too long to tighten properly on JD E-170.

I just love the next day delivery. My belt broke half way through mowing. I found this one for my JD140 . It was easy to install and fit perfectly. At first I received a defective belt that broke after a couple hours of mowing but it was quickly replaced by the vendor. I'm careful to engage it at a low speed and it's performing as it should. Looks like it's made of good quality material.
