This product is definitely waterproof with quality drain holes placed strategically around unfortunately the fit is a little snug and I’ll have to alter my frame to make it fit. Definitely the gazebo top I was looking for. Just a different size. There are many Velcro straps placed all over the place to secure snuggly to the frame of your gazebo. And even the mesh between the two tops has Velcro to attach it down to keep leaves and other unwanted items out.

This thing is a bugger to install. Takes a couple of people and both of them need to self restraint as to not throw this thing in the garbage. Once we calmed down a little, we tried again. Finally after quite a while, we got it on. What I don't understand is that it has some grommeted holes in the top that allow rain inside. Obviously they were put there for a reason, but I have no idea why. I put my patio cushions under this in the winter (as I've also installed side panels) and I'd like them to stay as dry as possible. As far as the material goes, it's pretty thin so I suspect just like my last one, that it'll last 2 years in the CA sun.
