- Package includes 4 pieces of gate valve lockout device in 2 sizes: the large one fits 2.5 inch to 5 inch diameter valve handle with up to 1.9 inch diameter stems, and the small one fits 1 inch to 2.5 inch valves with up to 3/4-inch diameter stems.
- Bring your own padlock to use with the gate valve lock. Two locking holes that can accommodate up to 2 padlocks and provide the ability to require multiple authorizations to allow operation of a locked out gate valve.
